You are welcome to use another web host without our support or negotiate a
separate Support Agreement. Regardless, you may continue to use our custom
website designs at your choice of web hosts. By doing so, you may pay less for
hosting, but may incur separate support or costs.
All websites are subject to rejection or cancellation for unacceptable content,
use, activities, abuse of any kind, illegal activities, spam, abusive advertising,
offensive content, or basically anything considered improper by StoreMenu.com.
Upon such rejection, Fees shall be uncashed or refundable. If after initial
acceptance, there is a cancellation by StoreMenu.com; there will be a refund of
the pro-rated unused portion of any fees paid to StoreMenu.com. There will be no
refund because of cancellation by anyone other than StoreMenu.com. We are always
working towards fairness. The staff at StoreMenu.com work hard and perform as
represented. If, they work hard, they deserve payment. But, if they do not
complete a job or refuse to continue, they do not want unearned payment.
Decisions of StoreMenu.com may be submitted to arbitration at Arbitration Group and
all determinations of Arbitration Group are final.
